Organization For M&A Professionals Run By M&A Professionals
The National Merger & Acquisition Professionals Orgranization (NMAPO) is organized for the benefit of merger & acquisition professionals in the United States. NMAPO allows professionals in the M&A field networking opportunities for collaboration and communication. NMAPO is operated entirely by volunteers and doesn't require expensive membership fees. Our mission is to provide education, resources, and training to help ensure that all M&A Advisors, M&A Intermediaries, and Investment Bankers have a thorough knowledge of the M&A practice, industry, regulations and liabilities related to the industry.
It is important to educate both industry veterans and newcomers in order to stay current with the constantly changing marketplace and laws involving our industry. For each of our members, closing deals and acting consistently with ethical and legal standards is an important everyday concern. NMAPO aims to provide information to each of its members and to the general public.
